Puerto Princesa City Centre Vacation Packages

The team at Carpe Diem was hospitable and very friendly. They were able to help with questions we had and made our stay enjoyable. I want to thank Mary, Chris, and Sachi (not sure of spelling) for their generosity and kindness!

Everything was great overall. The only thing I noticed was that there wasn’t much to do around the resort when it rained. It’s also quite far from town, so getting around can be a bit challenging. They do provide complimentary shuttle service to and from town, but the trips are limited. Other than that, we had a really good stay. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and polite throughout our visit.

We loved the fact that they provided Netflix! So much more useful than the cable channels provided by most hotels. We loved the view from our bed!!! We had a view of the sunset and the beach and the sea. It was spectacular. We loved that the music wasn’t obnoxious. We didn’t want a party atmosphere. We loved the pool having saltwater instead of chlorine but it had alot of dead bees in it which sort of freaked me out. The staff worry about cleaning the fallen petals on the street outside the hotel (which doesn’t bother anyone) while not cleaning the pool. I don’t understand that logic. I loved the bed. It felt like firm latex. It was very comfortable. I didn’t feel my husband moving next to me which is amazing. The curtains are not blackout curtains though so the light from the pool and common area did disturb us. I put a shirt over my eyes so I could sleep.

No Refrigerator, no Microwave . Helpful staff and outstanding services.

This is a cute little “bed and breakfast” type hotel. There are only 8 rooms and the owner lives on site. The staff were AMAZING and the cook to order breakfast was a favorite! The property has beautiful views from the balconies! The restaurant area sits next to the pool area creating a beautiful setup. My only complaint was that the bathrooms were very basic and a little dirty. (It’s probably very hard to keep mold out in the humidity?) The bedding and towels were also a little “worn.” With that being said…. The staff could not have been better and the location was great— so we would definitely stay here again!
